How to compare loads
- Fill in your truck once. Miles per gallon, diesel price, your dispatcher or factoring fee, and your truck costs per mile without fuel.
- Add each offer. What it pays, the loaded miles, the empty miles to get there or back, tolls and other costs, and the days it will take.
- Read the table. The load with the most profit is highlighted. Below the big result you also see which load is best per mile and which is best per day.
With the starting values, Load C leaves the most money in total ($1,228), but Load B is best per mile ($1.92) and best per day ($863). They are example numbers, not a prediction.
Why the best load is not always the same
A long load can leave the most money in total and still be the worst per day if it keeps the truck busy for three days. A short load can be best per day, but leave less in your pocket in total. Looking at all three numbers helps you choose with your own plans for the week in mind.

Frequently asked questions
Can I compare only two loads?
Yes. Leave the third load empty (pay at 0) and it is skipped.
What if I do not know how many days a load takes?
Leave the days empty. You will still see profit per load and per mile, and the per-day numbers will show a dash.
